Letizia & Raniero: the different faces of cooking (chef and sommelier)

Letizia: “cooking is passion! And passion is also the desire to transmit to others the emotions it can give. This is the only way to justify the sacrifice that our ancient craft requires.”

Raniero: ” When you taste something or taste a wine, you may not know why, but you know immediately if you are eating or drinking something good.
Quality is hard to hide!”


The table is emotion and conviviality.

Take the right amount of time so that this moment becomes pleasure for the mind and the palate and the emotions of a good food and wine pairing can leave a pleasant memory.

Never mind the hurry, at the table it is a bad companion that ill suits a “concrete cuisine”
